Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Home Whisper Reminder app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ROOVI SHORT STAYS LIMITED (collectively, the “Application”). ROOVI SHORT STAYS LIMITED is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information the Application obtains
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting alistairercer@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided through another channel by a person under the applicable age threshold, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. Nevertheless, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect the systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will provide notification as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information through normal use. Any technical protocol data used to enable network connectivity is ephemeral and is not retained for tracking purposes. Information you voluntarily provide to the Service Provider outside the Application may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
You can remove locally stored Application data by deleting relevant records within the Application where such controls are available, clearing app storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application. If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion by emailing alistairercer@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to any legal requirement to retain specific information.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
